When I joined the Real Estate industry, a respected friend , who had been in the industry for a number of years, gave me some good advice. He told me not to concentrate on making money, but to concentrate on serving and meeting the needs of my clients. He suggested that if I did this well, success would follow. It is excellent advice and I follow it to this day. Buying or selling a home can be very stressful. I am continually looking for ways to make the process informative, pleasant and effective. On the buying side, I will guide you in all steps of the process, search for properties that will meet your needs and negotiate the best deal possible on your behalf. On the selling side, over time I have developed an extensive marketing plan that has proven time and time again to get positive results. As a listing agent, my job is to market to two groups of people - the public and other real estate agents who are working for their buyers. For over twenty-five years I have worked with people and property. With a financial background, knowledge of zoning and land use bylaws and an extensive knowledge of the real estate market, I am prepared and willing to assist anyone with a real estate need. As a customer, I appreciate good service and as a result, I'm committed to providing quality service with a pledge of regular communication.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
We serve a large urban and rural area within a 35-40 kilometer radius from our centrally located office in New Minas. Some of the communities served include Wolfville, Kentville, Port Williams, Coldbrook, Hantsport, Canning, Berwick, Aylesford and, to some extent, Greenwood. Our mission is to provide friendly and professional real estate service to our customers and clients. Our goal is to help others achieve their goals in buying or selling real estate. We have agents involved in all areas of real estate including residential, commercial, industrial, recreational, agricultural and income properties. At the end of each year we prepare/update our strategic plan to give us a focus and direction for the short and long term. We also prepare a marketing plan and a training plan. The marketing plan is designed to give the Royal lePage Atlantic name, the services we provide, and the properties we have listed, the best possible exposure to the marketplace. The second is designed to provide our Associates with regular ongoing training opportunities to ensure that they are all well prepared to serve the needs of buyers and sellers. As an office, we have embraced the community marketing concept. We are participating in community events, home shows and assist various charities through sponsorship and participation.
